Building performance design consulting for next-generation architecture.
Form & Flow works with architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners to achieve healthy, resilient, climate-responsive, zero energy buildings and regenerative outcomes with positive social, environmental, and economic impacts.
To unlock new potential and new value in building projects, we bring a unique combination of practice values and competencies to our collaborations: creativity, building science & analysis, integration, and story crafting.
Design a better future.
Every building has the potential to be better for the environment, better for people, and better for the bottom line. Every building design is an opportunity to create a positive, regenerative future.
Healthy, resilient, zero energy buildings form the core of Form & Flow's design consulting practice. They represent the new best practice for buildings and the tipping point to regenerative building design. In addition, we use a Positive Design framework of five regenerative design genres to inspire and guide our collective journey toward regenerative architecture.
Buildings with superpowers.
Form & Flow has a diverse design skill set that can help clients unlock new positive potential and enhanced capabilities with their projects. We help give your designs and buildings superpowers. These superpowers make buildings powerful tools to advance missions, navigate the future, and enhance life.
The art & science of building performance.
Form & Flow has designed its building performance design consulting services for forward-looking clients who believe in the power of design to make vibrantly better buildings. Our approach to design consulting values design excellence, and we work creatively with our clients to cost-effectively integrate building performance concepts to support the project's design vision and goals.
Form & Flow offers two primary service engagement types. Our first service model is an on-call master service agreement focused on accelerating building performance across a design practice. Our second service model is a customizable project-based service focused on meeting an individual building project's high performance goals.
